"Denise was an absolute professional and a pleasure to have represent our interests in purchasing our new Florida home. From her first telephone introduction and throughout the process of gathering information to assess our wants and needs (long distance), Denise handled everything with true  expertise. Denise stayed in constant contact with us through every step. We even received telephone calls from her as we made our journey south just to ensure our travel was going smoothly. Denise took the time to go into the property prior to our arrival to adjust the A/C so that it was comfortable when we arrived (definitely over and above expectations). Upon arriving to our new home, Denise had a very nice "Welcome" gift bag waiting for us - again unexpected, but now as we've come to know her, not a surprise. As we were settling into our new vacation home, Denise stopped by a couple of times to check in on us and offering for us to call her if there was anything we needed.
